I picked up my car and my friend drove it home and when I was infront of her I saw my newly fixed and inspected vehicle had a headlight out. I never would of know if I was driving my car. I don't see how an 80,000 miles inspection could allow a headlight to not work. I want to question all the other work. But I am happy to have had the problems with my car fixed. I.e. motor mounts, breaks etc

No help what so ever from tech and his supervisor both kept giving different answers to my questions. You guys need to hire more trained staff and actually change warranty promises on a simple battery exchange I was told would take 2 days what a joke. I will be filing complaints as far up as I can simply because I went to a different dealership and handled my request in less than an hour.
