I was very happy to have my break light fixed today but honestly feel that after calling to find out if I could drive there without an appointment or would I need an appointment, I was told that it would take about an hour and I was welcome to drive there today. It took 2 1/2 hours, and when I finally said that I needed the car keys to leave, and that I would get it fixed at a later time, they found that it was ready. I think better communication would have helped. I realize that you’re busy, ver busy, but an update would have helped me today since I had an appointment I needed to go to at 10:15. I do appreciate Villa Ford and will be back but I will try to get more information next time.

Sheldon was awesome. I told him my problem and that I didn’t have an appointment. He told me no worries and that the issue would be done in an hour. He also made sure that any recalls on my fusion were taken care of. He informed me there is 2 open recalls am he needed the car for a day. I will contact him. When I’m ready. Service very attentive.
