Glen is absolutely providing service to the customer! His professionalism is of the highest level and is ability to combine it with his personality is truly appreciated. I can go on and on how appreciative I am and his making the concerns I have on my truck his and keeping me informed and not just providing only one choice to correct it to provide options. I was not satisfied this time because I was told that my break light bulbs were out and needed to be replaced. I asked them not to change them because I am able to do them myself once I got my vehicle back I checked the break lights and turn signal all the bulbs were working fine. I’m not happy that I was misinformed about something that could’ve cost me 120 for you guys to change when it was working fine.

My experience getting my mustang fixed at Villa Ford Of Orange was amazing, from the very beginning I called the dealer and talked to Domingo and he was immediately willing to help me, told me getting a rental car would not be an issue when other dealerships told me otherwise. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with Domingo and convinced that he was going to do everything he could to get me back in my mustang. He even went out of his way to fix my crooked shift knob without me even asking! As well as replacing my battery, speaker and fixing my headliner under warranty. Could not be happier with the experience all thanks to Domingo! Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.
