Sheldon Cope took care of everything I needed, though I do hear a tiny bit of noise, belt whine if you will, not alarming, from the engine Bay I’m assuming just from brand-new parts and the sound of plastic and rubber and metal not quite getting along for the first couple days they live together I guess. Overall satisfied, I do extend my personal things to the service manager for making my repair possible and I wanted to apologize for my brash behavior about a year ago when my engine blew up. I was not very nice to that guy and I wanted to apologize.

Since Ford does not pay for the front alignment needed after the toe link safety recall they should notify you that in the safety recall letter instead of surprising you with a $110 fee once you bring it in. Ford should restore your vehicle to its previous status on a safety recall and not try to make extra money off of you.
