Glen assisted me with an issue I had with my key fob for my car. The first time I went to Villa Ford. I walked into the service department and waited while other people walked in behind me and were assisted first. Glen walked in and saw what was happening and came over to me to ask if I had been helped yet. There were about 5 service staff there that day and not one except Glen bothered to acknowledge me. He not only answered my questions but followed up throughout the whole process to keep me updated on the status of my car. Glen knows what the meaning of excellent customer service is. I didn’t like how I was told I needed 170,000 mile service without checking to see if I actually needed it. I questioned this and sure enough I already had it done.
