It was my first time at the service department, I purchased my vehicle there a month ago. Victor is very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and descriptions I made about the problem with my vehicle. He helped me get back on the road with a loaned vehicle, kept me up to date with my vehicle's service and was able to have it ready the same day. Everyone was very helpful, I did not feel lost or out of place even though it was my first time there.
