We are foster parents and have yearly inspections to do with both of our vehicles that are really no more than making sure the car works safely. Previously one of the service specialists was able to do it as part of the multipoint inspection (as it's really just a couple more things after that) but this time we got slapped with $120 to get it done. That's fairly ridiculous. So that was disappointing. It's an odd request -- SEARS used to do them for us but they're closed now. We have several cars we have purchased or leased from you guys and have extended maintenance plans so this should really be something you guys can consider for us. $120 is ridiculous!

Service guy did not switch out our cabin filter. I believe this should a part of our service contract that we paid extra to have. I had to purchase it on my own and switch it out. This is very disappointing, as I know when I get any car serviced this is something that is requested to replace.

Day 1 - my original appointment - I brought my car in at 8:15am for a recall and waited until 9:45am when a friend picked me up. I was told hopefully my car should be done by 12pm. At 11:47am I got a phone call to tell me you guys ran out of the part for my car. I asked why it took so long to call me and he said there was a note on my paperwork that said “hold” on it and someone finally asked about the paperwork and were told they ran out of the part that morning. So I wasted half a day and gas for nothing.
Day 2 - received a phone call around 10am to tell me the part was in. Went down and they took my car right away and finished it in about 1:30pm. Was never asked if I wanted my car washed.
