I am so impressed with Sheldon. I had taken my Bronco to Riverside Fritts Ford and although they were kind, after 3 trips the failed to take time and properly diagnose the problem. Realizing the fuel pump issue was a manufacturing defect, Villa Ford’s mechanics figured out the problem AND covered the rental car while we waited for a part to ship (which I would expect as much to happen). I will continue visiting Villa Ford and will speak highly of them to friends and family.

A little coaching needed for a couple of Sheldon’s counterparts who had mini outbursts in sight and earshot of customers but that’s not uncommon. on the first i day brought my car in carlos said he would call me back to let me know how things were going and he didn't. i called him around closing time he said he didn't know when my car would be fixed and didn't offer me a loner car. i asked him for a loner and said yes. i am hoping this car doesn't have issues like this again its still a brand new car and way to soon to bring to get worked on .
