The only thing is that my car has no received the complementary car wash and I had to take myself because the car was almost 2 weeks in the dealer and it finished very dirty.

I put 9 miles on my loaner car, and put 2 gallons of gas in it before return. But the return lady wanted to tell me I was short of a full tank of gas, and called a service rep to confirm. I was cleared in the end, but felt disrespected in the process. Big thumbs down.
