Brought bronco in for recall. Had a 7am appointment but was told by service agent that appointments didn’t matter it was first come first served. Had 2 other issues for repair but agent said they couldn’t do them unless I left car overnight. Asked for courtesy car and was told no so I just had recall done. He then checked with service person to see if parts were there and was told yes and my car would be done around noon. I called at 1 to check and he told me they didn’t have the parts and would have to come back another day. I called George who I got the car from and complained. Then your idiot service rep called me and said they miraculously got the parts needed. I will never set foot on your property again. I will purchase the full size bronco from another dealer at the end of this year. I’ve been to your service department 3 times. First time was another disaster getting the alarm system installed. The person who made the appointment forgot and sent the alarm person for an outside job. She then had someone drive my car to alarm place up the street to get it installed but they were too busy. What qualifications are your service people required to do…count to ten without using their fingers!! By the way I’m completely dissatisfied with villa ford

All your processes take too long.

Jane was a DELIGHT. She took care of me ordering my drop-in bed liner for my new Ranger (which I love). She helped me out with my service, oil change etc. and she was just the energy I needed on a Friday morning at 7am. Very genuine, super helpful, couldn't be happier. Justin A

Your mechanical crew left my Oil cap and my headers covered in oil and now my Block is dirty and this is a 21 Ford there’s not really a good for you guys
