Brought in my car for a maintenance and recall. On the phone they said they had the part for the recall but after my vehicle had been at the dealership for over 5 hours I still had not revived a phone call. I called to check on my vehicle and they had still not gotten to the recall. Finally after over 6 hours I got the call that my car was finished but the recall could not be done because the part was not in stock. Over the phone I was told it was in stock I even asked and double checked. Which now I have to bring in my vehicle in again to finally have the recall done which is very inconvenient after already leaving it with the dealership for an entire day. There is a lack of communication that needs to addressed in the service department

Only note is on the system for new customers you guys have. There is no clear spot where to be and if feels awkward to just stand there hoping for one of the clerks acknowledges you. Mark a waiting spot. Put a tablet to sign in. Anything is better than just stand there and hope for the best.
