Mingo is great, he provides the best service and takes care of all my needs. The reason I put No for satisfaction is that the electrical system has never worked right from day 1. I don’t understand why Villa Ford can’t fix the problem. The radio will stop working, the Nav system goes down and tells me I’m in San Francisco, then 2 minutes later north of San Diego. It has been over two years. Now Villa wants to charge me saying I’m out of warranty! They never fixed it!!! So is the plan just to wait me out and say not my problem not your over mileage. So frustrating dealing with this issue. What do you plan to do about this Villa Ford?

Carlos is the best! We have had many service writers until we met Carlos. I truly feel he cares about us and our vehicle. We would follow him if he went to another ford dealership he is that good.
