It got done sooner than I thought

Glen Kotler gave me excellent service. The service to my car was done quicker than I initially thought it would take! He offered a car wash and a bottle of water! I came home and mentioned to my daughter how well the service went! He was friendly and professional! Very impressed!

For the first time since I purchased my vehicle, the past two visits for service have left me feeling so discouraged and disappointed.

I came in for a works oil change with an appointment at 7:45am. An hour and a half later my oil change was done and I was brought to the cashier to pay. We walked out to valet and the girl there went to go get my car. A few minutes passed and she came to get help to which a guy yelled out to her “oh what did you mess up now” then went to help her. A few minutes later she comes running back saying she needs the jumper cables. Another 10 minutes and my car is brought up front and I was told they needed to jump start it. Found that a little strange since the battery should have been checked. I looked at my paperwork where it stated the battery was bad and required immediate attention. Jose said that no one ever told him from the shop like they were supposed to. Another half hour goes by and my car is brought back up with a new battery. We finally had to go ask if we could go since no one said anything. We were quoted $274 + taxes and got a bill for $397. Another guy had to help get the invoice fixed. To top it all off, we got back into the car to see that there was a check engine light on. Jose came out and plugged into the panel and cleared to code. Said that it was the coolant, which again, the car was just serviced, so there shouldn’t have been a code. Asked another guy about it since Jose just walked away and were told to just leave and check the coolant when we got home. Definitely not too happy with the service that day.

I shared a concern of excessive oil consumption with Jose and it was not documented anywhere on the service order

Joe provided prompt service and got my vehicle back to me in the stated time.
