I purchased a 2022 Bronco Sport in august, by September by batter had died with no signs of leaving lights on, headlights, etc. I have a rental package included with my maintenance plan, there were no rental cars available. My service person said they would keep the car until tomorrow without providing a rental. I had to argue to have a rental car due to I’m a night shift nurse and had to work that night. After I felt like I was being treated with disrespect by the service man, he said they would just change the whole battery out, taking only 45 minutes.

I have been bringing all of my Fords to Villa Ford for service for some time now. This is the first time I have ever not left a 5 star/ completely satisfied review. I made an appointment to have my oil changed a week in advanced. There is no reason not to have the oil there when I show up. Then for it to take 3 1/2 hours to get oil... I work in the automotive aftermarket. I know most parts distributors run 15 minute hot shot delivery. When I dropped off my car I was told 60 to 90 minutes. It took 3 hours to tell me you didn't have the oil. 4 hours to get an oil change is not reasonable. The worst part was when I asked why no oil when I had appointment I was told due to high number of oil changes the day before ran out of oil. Why I don't expect a dealership to have a mass air flow sensor for a 1984 Ford **** in stock... oil seems like one of those things you shouldn't run out of.... appointment or not... also some more product training is probably needed for staff...the service writer asked if my GT350R had a 5.0... vs knowing the 350R comes with a 5.2 ... I would think when he chose year make model it would only give him the choice for 5.2?
