Your service department was tuning a vehicle with a modified exhaust system. Went on for hours. Noice level exceeded any compliance to Orange County standards. I assure you I am a special inspector, MI. I have been deputy inspector for all terminals at John Wayne Airport and the administration is subject to shut down of operations due to non compliance of operating within noice levels compliance
I was more alarmed by the attitude of your service manager who notified me that Villa Ford has the right to operate any vehicle at any noice level to tune that vehicle.
I assure you that that attitude is criminal.
I assure you that being completely trained in noice compliance violation that the proper authority will be in contact with your administration
