I purchased the vehicle at Villa Ford & have it serviced here. All of the employees at Villa Ford are friendly and helpful. They keep you informed of when your vehicle is about to be ready for pick-up with text messages. A big one is that they don’t try to up-sell me parts that I don’t need. That is why I drive here from the IE. Example: I change the air filters myself with OEM parts before the suggested mileage. You don’t tell me I need new ones. I take my wife’s car to the “helpful” car dealers & they say I need new filters. I had put in new filters before I took it in. The filters had 10 miles on them. No longer take her car to dealerships.

It probably isn’t Carlos’ fault, however, I was told the service engine soon light couldn’t be reset, and the transmission needed to be evaluated. I doubt this is complementary. I just held the gas pedal and brake down with the car instruments on for 30 seconds, and the wrench reset, so I don’t know why the technician wasn’t able to reset it.

Carlos has been the only person to be honest that really helped me out and went out of his way to get my car fixed and also got me a loaner with me not even asking him and he did listen to my concerns of my vehicle . We did have some late communications at times but I totally understand he does have a busy job and when someone is good as he is he is remembered as that's how it happened with me so when I go to Ford I look for him !!
