I picked up my vehicle after my service and realized I forgot my coupon at home. I called the dealership an hour after I picked up my vehicle and told the salesperson my situation. He suggested calling the next morning and speaking with the service person. I did that and explained my situation. I emailed him a copy of my coupon that I had received in the mail from Villa Ford. He said he would look into it and get back to me. He never got back to me. I called again and left him a message and also emailed him again with no response. I feel this is poor customer service and my issue was never addressed. Will not take my vehicle to your place again.
