First off Sheldon needs to learn to quote higher because after receiving my
Quote via actual Bill it’s was more than expected. Some stuff I was okay with however he never called me to confirm a price on hubcap as well as didn’t call me once the vehicle was done. It sat on ford lot for extra days then needed and since it is a WORK TRANSIT VAN. We had to postpone jobs until our van was ready. $1,000 in labor for a a couple hours job. But I guess that’s how you guys make your money. I am very dissatisfied with this last visit and will not return to the dealership. I spent $1,700 and my van couldn’t even be washed while sitting there waiting for it to be picked up.

They removed a screw from my tire causing it to leak but would not repair it and another shop said the tread was in line with a repairable tire and this repaired it. I will go to south coast Lincoln from now on and pay the difference in labor rate.
