Victor was great! Welcomed me to time to answer my questions! Great service! This was my 1st time at your facility. when I bought my car, it was a black label Lincoln continental, and the service that I had with it came with a loaner car automatically they come pick up my car and they give me a loaner car and then they come to bring my car back and take their loaner car back that’s the service I had. However, the service has changed and PALM DESERT because they don’t have any help. They hardly have enough rental cars and you have to make appointment 2 to 3 weeks ahead of time to get a loaner car where they come out. Take your car leave one, so I’m not real happy with them. It just so happened. My car was running bad as far as the battery and so I was out and about when I brought it over otherwise I hope you have that service as well for me, but I was very happy with Victor and the facility. I was very pleased. Thank you so much

I feel the technicians should have inspected my electrical connections to insure there was no moisture in the connection to my trailer connector. Still have same problem. I contacted Ford to find any other solutions and they advised me to get a second opinion at another Ford dealership.

I would have appreciated more timely updates as to the status of my truck. Would have also liked to be given an actual description as to what the problem was instead of a glossed over vague explanation as if I was not smart enough to understand the technical description. I also feel my truck was kept at the dealership for a lot longer than it needed to be for what the problem was.

Glen was amazing, he greeted me before walking in the doors and said, how can I help? He assisted me through out the process of fixing my truck. He walked me to the cashier and made sure all my warranty needs were taken care of from the beginning. He asked for my warranty information and said, he would take care of the rest. I came to their service department only for an oil change, and was told I need to replace two belts, which cost me 618.95. I have to accept it, no option. Then got my car back and found out a new problem - AC and Heater not working, totally nothing (no air) blowing out. They checked and found out the blower not working. In order to fix it, I have to spend 900.00+ to replace the blower. I consulted with the Service Department Director and was told, they can give me 10% on the parts and stated it was not their fault. Wow! Unbelievable! An oil change created more problem and spending 1500.00+. Unbelievable Oil Change!
