Carlos was great. I care for my mom who is on Hospice. She & dad were long time customers. I had concerns about the car. Brought it in & told Carlos I was leaving in 2 days to go home to CT. Was told that the service would take 2 to 2.5 hours. having not received an update, i called after 4 hours. was told my that car was ready, they only needed to finish the paperwork. got a ride and was there 20mins later where i was told that the paperwork still was not done and i heard the service writer say “i told him the paperwork won’t be ready for another 30 minutes.” i was not pleased with this development, especially since it doesn’t take one hour to do paperwork. i then stood in the service department waiting for them to finish my paperwork and lo and behold, it only took a handful of key strokes and my paperwork was miraculously finished in five minutes.
while i understand things take time, the entire “paperwork” thing looks to be a lame excuse from the beginning. my time is valuable, as is every customers. it should not be wasted needlessly. god forbid i had not taken the proactive step of standing in front of the service desk while they finished off my paperwork or i might still have been wasting my time for no reason.

I have to warranties on my vehicle in my glove box is not closing completely. I was told I need to pay $180 for it to be diagnosed. This is a joke. This just needs to be placed back into place. Nothing is broken. Just another way to take money from a valued customer.
