Horrible experience I will never do business with Ford again your staff is poorly trained and did nothing to make me feel comfortable during the process of repair.I find it hard to believe you are still in business with your employees ethics and failure to repair your vehicles in a timely matter.shame on Ford and Dan Wilson I hope his family is never treated the way I was..I will be positing this on yelp and google to warn customers about this dealership.
