Glenn was great. The rest of my visit was terrible. My tailgate was stuck and wouldn’t open. I made an appointment to have it fixed with you guys. I was told they can’t fix it and a body shop was needed to get the tailgate fixed. I was also told it looked like the tailgate was broken because someone tried to steal it and damaged it. I was not happy. I took my truck home and my neighbor and I fixed it. No body shop needed and I can’t believe your technicians wouldn’t fix it. All it took was a little patience and a long screw driver to put the tailgate back in position to open. Very dissapointed with your dealership. This is the second time i have had an issue with you guys. I won’t be back

Yes I was satisfied with the service I received today. However my wife noticed that the next oil change was set for 6100 miles. Confused because the last time the oil was changed with synthetic oil it was set at 10000 miles.this change was also with synthetic oil .

I dropped my credit card and license inside my glovebox that could not be reached by hand. I am leaving town tomorrow so I did not have time to replace my needed cards. Glen understood and got me in the shop immediately so I could leave town on our vacation.
