No me gusto el seivicio cuando la lleve menos cuando la recoji muy mal servicio no se si porque llegue alas 2 pm pero si me ubieran hecho saver que era tarde yo uviera regresado otro dia cuando mellamaron para recojer la troca me llamaron 5:55 pm yo llegue 6:00pm no me quiciero atender porque ya era tarde me mandaron con la receccinista y no me explicaron donde llegue preguntando y ella no tenia los papeles todavía el cual sarcástica sonreia luengo regrese a sonde usual mente me lo entregan ya estamos serado cuando regrese con la recepción olé estaban entregando los papales y la recepcionista sonreía sarcástica sonó burlándose muy mala experiencia y el servicio que pedi no fue terminado solo el cambio de acite los liquidos no los llenaron lo que le pedi ala que me atendió muy mala experiencia

I want to sincerely thank Pedro, Christian, and the service technician who worked very hard to resolve a difficult situation with my tire. Pedro quickly and professionally helped me when I arrived as a walk in with a flat tire. He accurately set my expectations and shared what the process would entail. He worked efficiently to resolve the issue.
Christian also kindly listened to some of my concerns and was able to provide real and good solutions. He also came back to update me on the progress.
Very grateful to them for the help getting back safely on the road.
