Robert was stellar. Very friendly, excellent communication from start to finish and very relatable. If one can become friends with such a brief interaction, I think Robert makes that a comfortable thing to do. Cheers to him.

I wanted to sincerely thank my service advisor, Jake Melonas, for his excellent service during my recent visit at Lexus of Valencia. The reason for my visit was that I noticed a leak under my vehicle less than 2 months after bringing my vehicle into Lexus of Valencia for repairs. Needless to say, I was a bit frustrated that my vehicle was leaking less than 2 months after performing a large amount of repair work at Lexus of Valencia. Jake was on top of the situation from my first communication with him.
After apologizing for the inconvenience, he worked with me to schedule a day and time for me to come in that was most convenient for me. Once at Lexus of Valencia, Jake called the shop foreman Elton Onouye (rather than a lower-level tech), to immediately look at my vehicle. Elton quickly identified what was wrong with my vehicle, while Jake took notes. Jake quickly handed me over to the rental center, where a vehicle was ready for me in mere minutes. The rental center staff were extremely courteous, helping me select a rental vehicle I felt most comfortable driving.
Once I got home, Jake provided me with an update on my vehicle. I was so impressed with his professionalism and service, that I opted to get additional work performed at Lexus of Valencia, rather than utilize my local mechanic. Jake did his best to offer me an extremely competitive rate for the additional work. Before the vehicle was ready, Jake mentioned that his mechanics found an additional minor issue with my vehicle, which was taken care of complementary.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the vehicle was pristine (recently washed and waxed). Jake once again apologized for the inconvenience, answered any additional questions I had about what was done to my car, and sincerely thanked me for continuing to be a client of Lexus of Valencia. At no point did I feel rushed, as we chatted a bit about our days, and about how things were going for one another. Leaving the dealership made me feel extremely good and thankful that I stuck with Lexus of Valencia, rather than switching to another Lexus dealership or getting work done at my local mechanic. Needless to say, I will continue to be a loyal customer to Lexus of Valencia for years to come.
