The two people behind the register/ cashier did not want to help my wife and I at all. When I ask the man behind the counter for Robert, he ignored what I said, and told me, “ you need to talk to a service advisor.” This was the reason I was asking for Robert. Then he told me to see the cashier. When I ask the female cashier if there was an explanation about our car, she said, “see that guy in the corner.”
We work hard to be able to drive a Lexus and had bought two cars at this dealership and NEVER had this customer service so unprofessional.

Elijah was quick to respond and helped with finding the solution to my tire issue. He had my car into the service queue quickly and promptly provided feedback for the next steps. I would recommend high scores for Elijah on his next review or promotion evaluation.
I have been going to Lexus of T.O.for years not realizing that Lexus of Valencia does a much better job. Communication with Jack was very well done which led to clear expectation. Thank you Jack for taking care of my car (and me). Would definitely consider driving the extra miles for excellent service.
Having Xavier hand me the key so I could take off as opposed to waiting for my car to be brought up I really appreciated and look forward to that next time.
By the way the crew that was working in the am 9:30 as I pulled in were all really nice and professional.

I was completely satisfied with the customer service provided however I had also requested alignment be done and my car is still pulling to the right. I was told it was done but still pulls.
My history could not be found even though I purchased my vehicle there. I was told my vehicle was a v8 even though it’s a v6. I couldn’t get an answer from the assistant why the service was recommended (time or mileage). I had to get a manager for clarification of what and when additional service was needed. I checked with another company and they quoted me roughly 1/2 the price of all four services needed. I’m very disappointed in my local Lexus dealer.
This was not a service advisor issue but a fox lexus issue
