On my 155000 check Lexus said they would check my fluids. When I checked once I got home, the coolant reservoir was completely empty. I guess I’ll have to check to insure everything is done before I leave the dealer.

Gerardo was great, we were sold tires and I talked to salesman over phone and found out when it came home they are directional. Was completely dissatisfied as I hate directional tire design and was never mentioned. After following up there was still nothing he would/could do. Now I’m stuck with tires I hate and don’t look forward to driving the car like I did. Hard to believe there was no options to resolve the issue, immediately replace them, offer some type of compensation, but nothing. Really unfortunate as I typically enjoy the service at Lexus.

I took the vehicle to get checked at a tire store right after the inspection and the car DOES have the run flat tires! That misinformation, given to my by 2 people had me spinning all afternoon
