I have to say I've had a pretty bad experience the last time I was there, so I was a little hesitant to bring my car back to crown for service. Brought in my es350 for it's 6 month check up.
Had to returned 2 times..after 2 confirmed appointments due to long delay obtaining loaner car (over 45 minutes after checked in)
Understand situation, but been with Glendale Lecus since previous location 40yrs. Never experienced this.
Received car serviced/washed nicely BUT screen detail completely deleted.
When I purchased the car from you no one gave any instructions how to set up!
