Wait was way too long. Had 1130 appointment finished at 3 for an oil change. You clearly overbooked. Ther must have been 30 cars ahead of me when I arrived. Not acceptable. Have bought at least 4 vehicles perhaps more and never had anything like this.

Very friendly and attentive. However I experienced poor knowledge of whether additional requests, as simple as check good functioning of wipers, was actually attended to. Not on the post service report, service advisor 'assumed' it had been done.
Lexus team cassie/cordis seems nice, respectful. Techs thought i had a simple clockspring fix and sent me video. I paid about $1,000 thinking it was fixed. Lexus had car for about a month and they can get the noise to quiet down but it never goes away and gets louder in a day or so after a few shop visits. This worries my pregnant girlfriend... Unfortunately paid a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. Same problem. I am sure everyone working on this car is frustrated too. I get it... Just a tough situation all around Unfortunately
