I was satisfied with the service done on my car. The only thing I wasn’t happy with, was that I was promised a car wash but didn’t get one.
Since this was a safety recall involving the software or firmware of my car for a problem that I never experienced, I have no way of knowing if anything was fixed. However, I do trust that Lexus El Cajon followed all the factory recommended procedures to fix this safety problem. They even sent me a link to a 10 second video showing my car being worked on.
