Way over priced. I feel like i got ripped off.
I will personally be requesting my service rep Vahan for all future service appointments. He is knowledgeable and friendly, got me going as soon as I arrived (which was 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment this morning,) and he follows up as asked. Most importantly, I find him to be trustworthy. I am satisfied as a whole and love my car, but truly I feel that he takes great care of me as a customer and I appreciate that.

Took my Lexus 460 to get a wheel alignment today and the service department were very professional and were able to fix my wheel alignment issue in less than 2 hours on an already full day of work. Vehicle is working as it should be with no issues to report. Thank you service team.

the service experience with Adrian was top notch…i came in for what i thought was an oil change. when he explained the rear brakes and battery issues it was in a clear and concise manner that i appreciate! i asked him if i need a loaner he said no my car would be ready by 5pm so i went upstairs made a cup of coffee and at 4:59pm he called saying the car was ready. going forward i trust Adrian 110% …
