I’ve been using JM Lexus for my service needs for a while now but my usual advisor is out and although I had one brief interaction with Wendy I requested her. She delivered and she gets the job done and I feel as though I can trust her with what she says. I think Wendy is an absolute value and asset to the team and I am glad this experience with her this time around verified my brief initial interaction with he. Hard worker and she is dedicated to her craft. Thanks JM Lexus, I had a good experience.

Processional speaking they did an excellent work. Only one thing surprised me : I asked a printout of the inspection done at Palm Beach dealership and the answer I got: “…no..we can’t do that. Yo have to go to the dealership having done that inspection “ I believe and consider that you are on same network. Anyway all together was good Thanks

I find it interesting that after four years of service my oil cap suddenly is a problem, after purchasing new tires 2000 miles ago I need an alignment, with under 48,000 miles my brakes are bad, and my A/C needs a I bring this vehicle in every 5000 miles or so and I’m tired of the hard sell. For the amount of money I’ve paid you and only 48,000 miles in six years this vehicle should be like new.

Vy was absolutely fabulous in assisting me in getting my car serviced, detailed, helping me get the correct size tires installed after I ordered the wrong size. Then she printed the shipment labels for all 4 tires and brought over to the parts department. Her customer service was so incredible that it reminds me of why I only purchase Lexus vehicles! Thank you Vy for being so incredible!

A courtesy vehicle was not available and I was send back to work in the most unprofessional, unsanitary uber I’ve ever experienced. I own two Lexus and I usually wait for my vehicle to be serviced, but I had to work Tuesday and could not wait 3-4 hours. The worse experience ever with Lexus in my years of service with you all.
