Something has happened which I can’t put a finger on but you guys aren’t the same from even a year ago. I’ve bought two cars from you guys LX and GX and that’s just the start. I’ve already updated my 5 star google review with how shocked I was with such a rude staff (Cassie Thadeus). You guys aren’t going in the right direction. I’ll be writing to Lexus America about my experience today.

Well, what can I say? Listen, I have been coming to Ontario lLexus for many, many years and what I can always say Helen K. is the best. I love her professionalism and she must have an A+ rapport with her mechanics because her observation is top-tier so whatever they are instructed to do they do it at a high level… because my car always comes back to me in perfect Condition. I can say a lot, but the primary reason why I drive all the way from the inland empire east of Moreno Valley all the way to Ontario lLexus is because of Helen Kassel …thank you for always being there. Javier Vargas is my service rep and he is absolutely awesome. I’m at a disadvantage when it comes to cars because I don’t know much about them and he always takes the time to explain everything so that I completely understand the work that needs to be done to my car. All your employees have always been very kind and professional. One of the big reasons I love my car is because of the service I get whenever I bring it in… It’s top notch every time!
