I did not have an appointment and when we started my car to move it in the garage she said it’s the battery and she was right! Also, Micah was very helpful as well. I had a few questions about things in my car, Micah followed me out to my car and showed me several things in the car that I had questions about! I always recommend Lexus to everyone.
