Not really doing the service well, and take very long with car
Javier Vargas is my service rep and he is absolutely awesome. I’m at a disadvantage when it comes to cars because I don’t know much about them and he always takes the time to explain everything so that I completely understand the work that needs to be done to my car. All your employees have always been very kind and professional. One of the big reasons I love my car is because of the service I get whenever I bring it in… It’s top notch every time!

A cookie cutter process! Plus, a $900 charge to repair a sensor that wrongly alerts me to a low tire is ludicrous! I declined to have that done. I could find some high school geek kid studying auto mechanics and have this fixed! Otherwise, pleased to have the basic service done. And your bistro waiting area is relaxing. BUT…. Get real. $900?!?!
Categorically focused on his work, he provided me with magnificent assistance, demonstrating his expertise. I will undoubtedly return whenever I have another problem with my car.

I could not have received better service. Cory told me to come in when I called with a battery that was almost dead. I had a doctor appointment at the same time. Cory got me a loaner in spite of them initially having none available. I was able to keep my appointment exactly the time scheduled. My service took about an hour and I got my car back with a car wash too. All thanks to Cory and that great service department!! Gary Koenig

The service that was scheduled to do for me was not done the way it was promised. Tire rotation that I was told is part of the routine service the service assistant wanted to charge me additional $65. After I contested he agreed to it as part of the service with no charge. When I received the car the tires were not rotated l know because I marked them. After tire rotation was supposed to do wheel alignment. Which I don’t trust they did. Anyway when i said that to service assistant he was not trying to help and resolve. Then I talked to general manager which he waved the total service charge.
Overall not happy and hard to trust the service that is promised. My daughter did have a very good luck with your dealer for her car either. Sorry
