Robert was great. The appointment we had apparently was not scheduled in the system but Robert was able to get the vehicle squeezed into the schedule and I was on my way with not much of a wait. He’s professional and provided good service. He owned the issue and fixed it. Will come back for future service needs.

I scheduled my service appointment at 8:30am, arrived promptly at 8:10am and I let them know that I was waiting for my vehicle. It took them 3 1/2 hours to complete the service. I had to ask a team member to please check on my vehicle status and after few minutes they call me that my vehicle was ready.
Arturo has always done an exceptional job. He is professional, kindhearted, and a pleasure to work with. You are blessed to have him as an employee!

Something has happened which I can’t put a finger on but you guys aren’t the same from even a year ago. I’ve bought two cars from you guys LX and GX and that’s just the start. I’ve already updated my 5 star google review with how shocked I was with such a rude staff (Cassie Thadeus). You guys aren’t going in the right direction. I’ll be writing to Lexus America about my experience today.

Well, what can I say? Listen, I have been coming to Ontario lLexus for many, many years and what I can always say Helen K. is the best. I love her professionalism and she must have an A+ rapport with her mechanics because her observation is top-tier so whatever they are instructed to do they do it at a high level… because my car always comes back to me in perfect Condition. I can say a lot, but the primary reason why I drive all the way from the inland empire east of Moreno Valley all the way to Ontario lLexus is because of Helen Kassel …thank you for always being there.
