No one was around to talk with me about my car after picking it up. Chauncey had left and the young lady was just ok. The car was was broken brought me a dirty car. Also looking for my 20 refund back on my credit car its been a week.

Jennifer is amazing, she kept me updated on what’s going on and was able to make everything go smoothly…plus I had my 20 month old daughter with me when I came in and she was very sweet and patient with her and myself as I had to move the car seat and a bunch of things out of my car and into the loaner car which was nice that I got to test drive the hybrid Rex… something to think about in the future for my wife A+ customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent visit. I was told that my oil plan had expired after two years, which is factually incorrect according to my contract (999-month term). Only after reviewing the documents did it become clear that the issue was related to the annual usage limit, not expiration.
Different staff members provided conflicting explanations, creating confusion and unnecessary frustration. I made multiple trips and was not given clear, accurate information from the start.
This is not about the oil change itself — it is about transparency, consistency, and professional communication. I expect accurate explanations and coordinated customer service, not contradictory statements.
Thank you for the use of a car so I could pick up my Grandson for lunch.
