Lexus always does a complete and thorough check up, and the car is sparkling clean when I get in it to go. Good communication with all those who are involved in this service while I am waiting. I'm new customer to this dealership. From the initial phone call with Leo he made me feel very comfortable. I met him on the day that I brought my car for service. Was not disappointed. He promised me a loaner car and I could've have it. He promised that the car will be ready in about 1.5 hrs and this is how it was.
