I was told my car would be ready by 5:00 PM at the latest, but by 6:00 PM no one had contacted me. I called twice during that time and no one answered. When I finally got through around 6:00 PM, I was told the car wouldn’t be finished until the next day. Then I was transferred to my advisor and was told that the car was actually already done and available for pickup. The conflicting information really disrupted my schedule and caused a lot of inconvenience. The next morning, I also received a text saying my car was ready for pickup, even though I had already been told the night before that it was completed. The delayed updates and lack of coordination were very frustrating. I’m disappointed.

Bill does an amazing job by making me feel confident with Lexus services although fees are expensive. I’ve been his customer for at least 10 years. We’ve always appreciated the several cars we’ve purchased from you through the years. And the service has been excellent. Since we felt we couldn’t afford a new Lexus, we’d look for a or 2 or 3 year old car with as low a mileage as possible and a new car warranty. Your trade-in value was always impressive. What really impressed us was the used Lexus on you show floor with 500,000 mi. on it. It was originally purchased from your dealership new by a grandfather who handed it down to his, who handed it down to the grandson.
