My only problem, was the gentleman who gave me the loaner showed me how to shift for reverse and drive, but not how to start the engine. This hybrid SUV was very different from my ES 350, and I had to get a neighbor to come and try to figure out how to start the engine. It required a third thing to do, which I had no idea about.
I wrote a lengthy review for Helen. When I went to submit it didn't let me submit it. So rather than start all over, I just want to compliment Helen on explaining what work need to be done and in lay terms I can understand. She's very polite, patient and knowledgeable. I have an older Lexus that I only trust to the dealership. Helen is the icing on the cake. Thank you.
