We were initially provided with a smaller loaner vehicle that reeked of cigarette smoke. We were then provided with a comparable SUV that did not smell like smoke and accommodated our car seat for our toddler; however it appears we were charged two (2) $25 charges for the loaners

I was disappointed due to my car not being fully charged. Due to this I was late to an appointment I had today. My car was left over night which their was plenty of time for my car to be charged. When I picked it up it was at 39% charged.
From my previous services, my car was always fully charged when I would pick it up.
