Finally the part arrives after waiting for almost 2 Mths . Elijah, did an excellent job with his following & updating parts arrival too. It was waited for quite long for the part arrive on a brand new vehicle, LEXUS, But anyway Elijah did his fantastic work & best guys on the fields. Cheers
Alex did a fantastic job as our service rep. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He went beyond the call of duty by assisting with questions and concerns outside the specific service. He kept us in the loop throughout and the wait to drop off and pick up was minimal. I also love that he has a sense of humor making our service interaction actually fun.
