My car has a mark on the left rear door. I noticed it after driving home directly following the car service.
Travis provided excellent customer service. He was professional, thorough, and very respectful while explaining the additional services my car required over and above what I had originally come in for. He was encouraging when reviewing all the important features of a large SUV which was the only rental that was available. Although the rather large bill for services was unanticipated, the overall experience was very good. Please commend Travis for a job respectful while explaining the additional services my car required over and above well done.
Realized I already received a 70k service and this time should have been a 75k service. Service agent either didn’t check the car history to correct this or saw the car history and still decided to do the 70k service. I ended up getting and paying for an unnecessary oil change. Also I was told I needed a new battery. The service agent again did not check my service history, I had to remind him that I received the battery from them and believed it was a 5 year battery in order to get my new battery prorated. If I didn’t remind him of this I would have paid full price on the battery. Things like this will make me go to another Lexus service center that is about the same distance for me if not a little closer. I come to your service office due to the service agents in the past have been on top of everything and checking history.
Mr.Faustino always on top of the service rendered to a customer. I am very satisfied and never doubted to entrust my car service to him. He always take care of me like his own family. I am so glad Mr. Faustino is the person who take good care of my car. Good Job sir !

I was vey satisfied with Mark he was extremely professional and helpful the problem I had is when I drove up there was no one outside I got out. Year stood there for three minutes it was like a ghost town. I then walk inside and found Mark. Good guy. But you should have people outside
