Whoever washed my car at the dealership, left dirt spots on the dash along with a dirty hand print. There were dirty splash spots on my front doors. I cleaned the inside of my car earlier in the week and I left Lexus with it dirtier than when I arrived. I realize you are busy, but the car should be clean when getting their car back.
Gerardo ensured that my vehicle service was complete on time (as I was on a time crunch). It was even finished before the expected time. Overall, the service was great!
