Gerardo was courteous and explained that Lexus of Omaha replaced the battery in our 2009 RX350 at no charge because it did not pass all of the tests that the battery was subjected to. We appreciate the fact that the dealer did not argue about replacement because the battery was only 4-5 months old when it failed to start the car.

The $69 dollar wash was not worth it. Windows were smudged tailgate still had dirt, so did both running boards and middle section between the two front seats had crumbs and coffee. It was there from 9am on and I know it was at the end of the day, but I expected more. Everything else was great as usual.
