Billy was absolutely the best today kind , courteous courteous and professional, as I have come to expect from Lexus. He's my favorite.
We were out of town and had an emergency with my tx and they took excellent care of me and got me back on the road. I had my brother at Cleveland clinic and they were amazing getting us taken care of us.
Geraldo was outstanding, professional, prompt & kind! The other Lexus staff from the guy checking tires to the guy who got us a loaner car to the girl that recommended a good place to eat since we were from out of town were all exceptional! Well done Lexus of Omaha - you are definitely a notch above the rest!
There was a lack of communication between Lexus employees about my vehicle. One person told me I would have a loaner vehicle Monday morning and that someone would be calling me early Monday. I didn’t receive a call, so I called Lexus after 8:00 and when I talked to the service department person, he said they didn’t have enough employees to bring a loaner car to me. Good thing the issue with my Lexus was fixed and that was brought to me about 12:30 today.
Shedrick is the best! He ensures that everything is timely and that I receive the best service each and every time i come in.
I don’t like how the video report didn’t match the immediate actions that should be taken. I questioned John about one of them and he said it should be done at 40,000 miles. I told him nobody ever gave me that action to take. I looked that up online and it says 100,000 miles. I then found the manual and it says 120,000 miles. Nothing from my car indicated I needed this. It feels like he tried to sell me something just to charge me more. I dint appreciate that and never want to deal with him again. If people are going to upsell me on things I don’t need, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Thanks. Work was done fast and good communication during the wait.
My son and I were not properly given a loaner car. We were put in the cheapest and worst uber possible from the dealership by the service guy Leo. That car had an accident and we were injured. When we tried calling the dealership twice from the scene the call line was busy and would not go through. So we had to walk back .6 miles injured from the crappy uber car to get our cars in pain. We are still injured and seeing medical care. NOT a good experience!!!
