Friday 13, 2026 I drove my car out of Lexus and discovered on paperwork that I had been given a different oil. That day I tried contacting Ashlee several times on the phone to discuss this service and was not successful in reaching her. I left her several messages where she did make time to call me back or contact me. I had to wait till Monday to speak with another service representative. Since I own 2 Lexus vehicles I have never been treated like this. Lexus has always been professional and honest until sadly this changed on Friday 13, 2026. I hope this was an isolated incident because Lexus does not do business like this. This is not Lexus, thank you.
I took my Lexus GX 460 for them to check battery cause I had to jump start a few times and to do an oil change. When my vehicle was ready before I drove off I asked my service advisor if my battery was ok. She said they forgot to check it. They had told me that the whole service was going to take around 1 hour in a half. After 3 hours they had to take my car back inside to check battery. 5 minutes later they came out and said everything was good. Next day my wife had to jump start it three times. Took it back after checking the right way this time they said battery was dead. Hard for me to trust that they checked it when that was reason I took it on for.
Hello, I was very satisfied with Gerardo. We discussed my oil change and multipoint inspection. When we discussed the tire pressure, he indicated all my tires were at 36 PSI. I mentioned to him that I had previously inflated them to over 40 due to air loss during cold temps. He said not to have them inflated that high, so I asked if the techs would have seen that they were inflated to over 40 and then decrease them to 36. He said they would have checked that and decreased the pressure. Upon driving away, all tires were still the same pressure as when I brought the vehicle in. So I’m questioning if the tire pressure was truly checked and if not, were there other things that went unchecked??? Thanks!
