I just did not expect the work on my Lexus to be done that quickly. Because when I made my appt. I was told that it would take 2-3 days to fix the (Recall) issue with the back-up camera. So I was surprised when Jorge (service guy) told me that I can pick it up the following morning. I also like to commend the nice Lady who assisted me with my loaner vehicle. She was really thorough in explaining to me the whole process & she was the same person who accepted the loaner when I returned it the following morning.

Felt rushed and didn’t fully give me confidence. Saw a major repair estimate, Chauncey did not bring it up until I did, and his description of the issue was convoluted and he shrugged it off. Even when signing documents, the price was never fully made clear, although there were no surprises or fees outside of what was agreed. Whole process felt rushed and didn’t have the expected touch of customer service expected from a JM Family associate. Otherwise, everything else was done well with have no additional complaints.
the tail gate sensor was under warranty and was replaced .
The tech noted the front tire had a nail in the mount . Can not be repaired
and has to be replaced . My NX 250 has 1200 miles .
Was not expecting that since I did not get any alarm.
also, changing one tire was not included in the summer service sale.
I felt I deserve at least $ 25 discount.

My car was also kept longer than I expected-overnight, even though I had an appointment.
I’ve been having problems with my Lexus app and told tech support was to help me but never did. Also wanted someone to see if plastic strips on doors can be removed. That wasn’t acknowledged
