Technician Mike Guillen did a good job on the vehicle.
Many missed spots on the complementary car wash. The whole top side wasn’t finished. Definitely was half assed.
Randy was great and so was Simon when I was getting my loaner car.
He went above and beyond. He assisted my mother getting in and out of the vehicle. After the service was completed, moved my vehicle for allowing easier access into the car for my mother.
Tino was excellent. He informed me of the recommendations and gave me a good estimate of the time to finish.
Very good customer service and everything has been taking care of.

It was very nice to talk to the general manager, he's a real professional... the guys did 10 out of 10 work ... and the last thing I wanted to say thank you for the gasoline ... and in general I'm very pleased that I'm dealing with Lexus ????
