I received an estimate for flushing break fluids, air filter and battery. I declined everything except the air filter. When it was completed Xavier gave me the document to sign and never mentioned the battery had been changed under warranty. On the paperwork it said I had said the car was not starting. I never said this my car had no issues related to battery. When I asked he said it was for warranty. Not once did he say it was replaced. But if not for my husband that is in the same industry I would have left there thinking I needed a battery. After he spoke with my husband he finally said the battery has been changed under warranty. I feel like I was given an estimate and if I had approved I would have been charged over $200 for something that was covered under warranty. I found this whole experience as Xavier and Lexus making up stuff to charge warranty and customers who don’t know better. Highly disappointing experience.

The side panel next to my glove box was not put on correctly and it looks like they tried to jam it on there, and the pins are bent

Jake did a wonderful job. I was initially planning on getting various mechanical components fixed at a local mechanic. Jake assured me that getting components fixed at Lexus of Valencia would be a far better decision. He even looked at my VIN and saw that multiple components were covered by my warranty. Jake went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. It's because of Jake that I ended up going with Lexus of Valencia, as there were other Lexus dealers that were closer to my home (such as Lexus of Thousand Oaks and Lexus of Woodland Hills). Because of Jake, I made the longer drive to Lexus of Valencia, and not only got various mechanical issues fixed, but also opted for additional services (such as an alignment, engine coolant flush and brake fluid flush), which I'd previously only do at a local mechanic. Jake is the reason why I will be making Lexus of Valencia my go-to service/mechanical shop for my Lexus vehicle. Thank you, Nelson
