Excellent Service from start to finish
She was excellent and explained in detail what was done. Everything thing I requested was done.
Sam was excellent. A great ambassador for Lexus. Knows the product, quickly understands customers short term and long term goals; with good advice how to achieve with Lexus. Sam is personable, funny, and thoughtful. Service is important to choosing car to buy. It really makes a difference for me to choose Lexus again.

I received an estimate for flushing break fluids, air filter and battery. I declined everything except the air filter. When it was completed Xavier gave me the document to sign and never mentioned the battery had been changed under warranty. On the paperwork it said I had said the car was not starting. I never said this my car had no issues related to battery. When I asked he said it was for warranty. Not once did he say it was replaced. But if not for my husband that is in the same industry I would have left there thinking I needed a battery. After he spoke with my husband he finally said the battery has been changed under warranty. I feel like I was given an estimate and if I had approved I would have been charged over $200 for something that was covered under warranty. I found this whole experience as Xavier and Lexus making up stuff to charge warranty and customers who don’t know better. Highly disappointing experience.
